How do I know my credit card information is safe?
BottleScents™ is a secured site. You can check to see if a site is secure by two means: the http will change to https and a picture of a lock will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Why does my bottle have two holes in the back?
The top hole is for the incense stick attached to the clip, and the bottom hole is for air to draw the smoke up and out the top of the bottle.

Can I leave an incense burning in my bottle unattended?
Yes! BottleScents™ burners are safe and contained to catch the hot ashes. No ashes to blow around - therefore, no fire to start.

Is my BottleScents™ burner washable?
Yes! These handcrafted, imported bottles are not painted. They are designed with a high-adhesive applique’, and are totally washable.

Can I use super-long incense sticks with my incense bottle?
Yes - with no waste! Simply cut a super-long incense stick in half, and use it twice. For average size sticks, just cut the stem.

Can I use incense cones with my BottleScents™ burner?
BottleScents™ are bottle burners to use with stick incense only. Incense sticks need proper aeration to burn inside a bottle, and we've controlled the air flow with the perfect size hole.

Can I have a BottleScents™ burner sent elsewhere as a gift?
Yes. Please note: we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Hotels. To ship an order to an address different than the billing address, click on the 'update address' button located below "Your Shipping Address" on the 'Complete Your Order' page in checkout. The shipping address will only be changed for that order.

Can I put my pet's name on my bottle?
Sure! You can customize any bottle with any name you wish. Just fill in the name. We won't judge whether it's human or non-human!
